Before and After, continued

Since the Internet here is cooperating at the moment, let's try those pictures I mentioned in the previous post.

And then there are the blueberries, in June very far from blue: instead they are a whiter -- and greener -- shade of pink. 

A 'before' picture of blueberries. Note the attractive leaves, which look bluish-green in this photo and olive-green in the next one, though I took them only seconds apart.

 

 

 

 

This is the 'rosebay' rhododendron, before the blooms have opened. The next day, most of them did:

By the following day they had all opened; but the day after that, the whole thing had gone over.

The shrub itself looks cheerfully unkempt as it arches this way and that.
